En 2026, ces pratiques et savoirs seront mis \u00e0 l\u2019honneur lors d\u2019un Forum \u00e0 <strong>Paris, au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019UNESCO<\/strong>. Celui-ci vise \u00e0 faire reconna\u00eetre les communs fonciers comme des syst\u00e8mes contemporains de gouvernance territoriale, porteurs de solutions pour la transition \u00e9cologique, la coh\u00e9sion sociale et la transmission interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cet appel s\u2019adresse aux communaut\u00e9s ou collectifs impliqu\u00e9s dans la gestion ou la relance des communs fonciers afin de les inviter \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la construction du Forum.\u00a0Que vous soyez ayant droit, agriculteur\/agricultrice, \u00e9lu(e) local(e) ou membre d\u2019un collectif (sections de commune, consortages, bourgeoisies, cayolars, commissions syndicales, prud\u2019homies\u2026 liste non exhaustive),<strong>\u00a0votre exp\u00e9rience compte. <\/strong>Venez partager votre histoire, vos savoirs et rencontrer d\u2019autres communaut\u00e9s qui vivent les m\u00eames r\u00e9alit\u00e9s.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019appel s\u2019adresse \u00e9galement aux chercheurs et chercheuses d\u00e9sirant s\u2019inscrire dans une d\u00e9marche de dialogue avec les communaut\u00e9s usag\u00e8res ou patrimoniales engag\u00e9es dans o\u00f9 les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contemporaines cherchent les moyens de faire face aux crises d\u00e9mocratiques, sociales, \u00e9conomiques et \u00e9cologiques certaines exp\u00e9riences et pratiques collectives anciennes font preuve d\u2019une \u00e9tonnante modernit\u00e9. Les syst\u00e8mes de communs aux origines lointaines \u2014 qu\u2019ils soient forestiers, agro-pastoraux, hydrauliques ou maritimes ou articul\u00e9s autour d\u2019infrastructures et biens b\u00e2tis \u2014 t\u00e9moignent de formes de<strong>\u00a0gouvernance collective du vivant<\/strong>\u00a0fond\u00e9es sur la dur\u00e9e, le lien, l\u2019usage partag\u00e9, la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, la r\u00e9silience, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans l\u2019adaptation aux besoins locaux et la responsabilit\u00e9 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est \u00e0 ces h\u00e9ritages, cultures, identit\u00e9s, exp\u00e9riences, v\u00e9cus, savoirs, et surtout \u00e0 celles et ceux qui les font vivre au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, que sera consacr\u00e9 le Forum organis\u00e9 au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019UNESCO, \u00e0 Paris, en 2026, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de la Chaire VALCOM<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> <\/span>en partenariat avec le Programme LINKS de l\u2019UNESCO (<em>Local and Indigenous Knowledge Systems<\/em> \/ <em>Syst\u00e8mes de savoirs locaux et autochtones<\/em>).<\/p><p><i><strong>Reconna\u00eetre l&rsquo;importance des communs ruraux pour <span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT1443_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\" role=\"link\">aujourd\u2019hui<\/span>\u00a0et pour\u00a0<span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT1444_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\" role=\"link\">demain<\/span>.<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce temps fort entend d\u00e9placer le regard. Il ne s\u2019agit plus de commenter \u00ab \u00e0 distance \u00bb le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne r\u00e9surgent des communs. Il s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er un espace o\u00f9 les communaut\u00e9s concern\u00e9es \u2013 souvent rurales mais pas seulement &#8211; prennent la parole, participent,<strong> mettent en valeur concr\u00e8tement leurs pratiques, leur art de vivre et de prendre soin du territoire <\/strong>: entretien du paysage, des alpages, des pr\u00e8s, des chemins, des for\u00eats, notamment par l&rsquo;exercice des droits d&rsquo;affouage, des sources et r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;irrigation, gestion des cueillettes, de la chasse, restauration et usage partag\u00e9 du petit patrimoine : fours, g\u00eetes, maisons d&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e, chapelles, \u00a0etc.). Ce faisant, ces collectifs nous renseignent sur les nombreuses mani\u00e8res de prendre des d\u00e9cisions ensemble et sur la diversit\u00e9 des services qu\u2019offrent ces syst\u00e8mes aux territoires et \u00e0 leurs habitants (d\u00e9mocratiques, sociaux, \u00e9conomiques et \u00e9cologiques).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Forum vise notamment \u00e0 <strong>rassembler les ayants droit <\/strong>(membres) engag\u00e9s dans la gestion de ces communs en France afin de mettre en dialogue les exp\u00e9riences souvent dispers\u00e9es, rarement visibles dans les enceintes nationales ou internationales. Elles sont riches d\u2019enseignements et inscrites dans le temps long. Quelle que soit la diversit\u00e9 des contextes, des histoires locales et des cadres juridiques dans lesquels s\u2019inscrivent ces pratiques, des logiques transversales apparaissent. Elles reposent sur un attachement fort aux territoires, sur la primaut\u00e9 de l\u2019usage partag\u00e9, sur des formes de r\u00e9gulation et de d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration collectives, ainsi que sur une attention constante \u00e0 la transmission des savoirs et des responsabilit\u00e9s entre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Loin d\u2019\u00eatre des survivances du pass\u00e9, ces principes constituent aujourd\u2019hui des ressources essentielles pour penser l\u2019avenir.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 travers cet AMI nous souhaitons donner une place centrale aux communaut\u00e9s et les convier \u00e0 collaborer en manifestant leur int\u00e9r\u00eat, sous des modalit\u00e9s diverses et qui leur correspondent. Les contributions attendues pourront prendre des formes multiples (<em>r\u00e9cits d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, t\u00e9moignages collectifs, pr\u00e9sentations de dispositifs de gouvernance, supports photographiques ou audiovisuels<\/em>&#8230;). La pluralit\u00e9 des situations, des langages et des mani\u00e8res de dire constitue la richesse m\u00eame de la d\u00e9marche. Cette initiative entend ainsi favoriser la reconnaissance mutuelle entre les membres, nourrir les \u00e9changes avec des acteurs institutionnels et des chercheurs, et ouvrir un <strong>espace international de r\u00e9flexion partag\u00e9 <\/strong>sur les conditions de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des communs face aux pressions contemporaines (l\u00e9gales, \u00e9conomiques, environnementales, symboliques). L\u2019implication du Programme LINKS de l\u2019UNESCO permet d\u2019inscrire ces exp\u00e9riences fran\u00e7aises dans une perspective internationale, en dialogue avec d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes de savoirs locaux et autochtones confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des enjeux similaires de transmission, de gouvernance et de pressions contemporaines.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera \u00e9galement port\u00e9e aux modalit\u00e9s de transmission interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle, y compris \u00e0 l\u2019implication des jeunes dans la continuit\u00e9 et le renouvellement des communs.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nota bene<\/strong> &#8211; Cet appel s\u2019adresse \u00e9galement aux chercheurs et chercheuses d\u00e9sirant s\u2019inscrire dans une d\u00e9marche de dialogue avec les communaut\u00e9s usag\u00e8res ou patrimoniales engag\u00e9es dans la gestion des communs mais aussi soucieux d\u2019\u00e9toffer ou d\u2019intensifier la coop\u00e9ration scientifique sur le sujet, toujours dans le respect de la centralit\u00e9 des pratiques locales. Commons &#8211; whether they are linked to forest, agropastoral, hydraulic or maritime systems or are part of \u00a0infrastructure and built property &#8211; are forms of collective governance. They are living organisms based on long-term, connected shared use and creativity in adaptation of local needs and intergenerational responsibility.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Forum is dedicate to those rights-holder who bring to life these legacies, cultures, identities, experiences, and knowledges. In doing so, these practices inform us about the many ways of making decisions together and on the diversity of services these systems offer to territories and their inhabitants (democratic, social, ecnomic and ecological).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Forum aims especially to bring together rights-holders engaged in the management of these commons in France in order to unify the often scattered experiences, which remain largely invisible in national or international fora. These commons, due to their long-term history, can teach us a lot. Despite the diverse contexts, local histories and legal frameworks in which these practices occur, cross-cutting approaches emerge. These approaches are based on a strong attachment to territories, shared resource use, forms of regulation and collective decision-making, as well as a constant focus on transmission of knowledge and responsibilities between generations. Far from being relics of the past, today these principles constitute an essential resource for thinking about the future.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through this Call, we aim to give a central place to communities and invite them to collaborate by expressing their interest, as they see fit.
